Applying for and obtaining the appropriate Visa to the United States for tourism or business can be a complex and lengthy process.

To simplify it, the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department initiated a program allowing for visitors from certain countries to travel to the United States without an issuance of a Visa, known as the Visa Waiver Program. While it is still necessary for the traveler to meet specific requirements, the process is simpler and quicker than a Visa.

In order to offer this benefit to eligible international passengers, flight operators must be approved for Signatory Status. As of December 2016, Schubach Aviation is proud to announce that we were successfully approved as one of the select operators for the program. We are happy to offer this benefit to our valued clients.

Traveler Eligibility

Persons must be citizens/nationals of the following countries (with certain exceptions):

Additionally travelers must meet the following requirements:

* Must be in possession of a valid e-passport, which with an embedded electronic chip, issued by an above country that is valid for at least 6 months after the planned departure to the United States.

* Have a set departure date from the United States no more then 90 days after entry.

* Have Travel Authorization under ESTA which is completed online and approved prior to departure to the United States found here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html
