Award-winning Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski has curated a menu of shared appetizers, salads, and mains to be enjoyed at 41,000 feet, with his signature emphasis on exceptional, peak-season sourcing from the finest purveyors across the country.

Waverly, featured in Travel + Leisure and Architectural Digest, is located in picturesque Cardiff-by-the-Sea and is part of the acclaimed SDCM restaurant group portfolio, a boundary-pushing Southern California hospitality collective recognized by Michelin Guide for its buzzy Kettner Exchange restaurant.
