In 2023, she established a partnership with Waverly restaurant to debut a Schubach Aviation-exclusive elevated in-flight dine and drink menu by Michelin-recognized Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski.
Kim champions Schubach Aviation’s enduring commitment to philanthropy and in 2022 introduced a new philanthropic initiative, Miles that Matter. It encompasses the company’s annual philanthropic contributions, donations, and events and will benefit San Diego-based Monarch School, Shelter to Soldier, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and Curebound.
