Flight Operations Scheduler
Our Carlsbad, CA office is searching for a highly motivated Flight Operations Scheduler to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules for aircraft owners
- Responsible for coordination and record keeping of all aspects of aircraft owner flights (fuel, trip sheets, catering and international trip requirements)
- Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our owners (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty)
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations and Accounting)
- Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the owners needs and exceeding their expectations
- Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Requirements:
- 2 years of applicable work experience
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office & Jet Insight is preferrable
- A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting
