Company Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Charter Sales to join our industry leading part 135 operation. The right candidate will lead our charter sales division with an eye on expansion while sustaining the unparalleled client service that sets our team apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the charter sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a high-net worth retail client base and wholesale relationships.
- Oversee daily scheduled flight operations with rigorous attention to detail.
Sales Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance our market share and brand reputation.
- Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are aligned with the company’s business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Represent our core values in every interaction, embodying our commitment to being trustworthy, approachable, and dedicated to personalized service.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze sales statistics, understand the market trends, and use this knowledge to drive the sales team’s performance.
- Attend regular leadership team meetings providing weekly sales metrics.
Team Development:
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing training and development opportunities.
- Encourage a collaborative environment, ensuring open communication and understanding among all team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in jet charter sales and operations.
- Deep understanding of part 135 regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools; experience with Jet Insight is a plus.

Salary Range: Total comp $140K – $170K commensurate with previous leadership experience and sales track record.
