Luxury Destination: Gearing Up For Monaco’s Grand Prix 2014

Since 1929, Monaco’s Grand Prix has been one of the top events to see and be seen. The glamorous guests and nightlife are as much of a draw as the race itself, which covers 260.52 km in 3.34 km laps running right through the city. Its elevation changes, tight turns, and narrow roadways make it one of the most challenging and exciting races in the world.

One of the top viewing points for spectators can watch the race, champagne in hand, is from the balconies of the famous, 5-star Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, opened in 1863. While the hotels and nightclubs are prime locations in the evenings, the most exclusive nightlife events are the private parties hosted in homes and on yachts.

Those in attendance often take the opportunity to explore other local areas, including St. Tropez or Cannes for the Film Festival which is held during the same time. It’s a luxury weekend not to be missed.

How do our clients prefer to get to Monaco? Private jet, of course. A charter flight can bring you to either Nice or Cannes, where you’ll then be able to travel by helicopter or yacht to get into Monaco.

The Gulfstream IV or Challenger 601 will get you to Europe quickly and easily with only one stop along the way. Both jets have plenty of room for passengers and luggage, so you’ll be able to bring everyone and everything you need for the weekend.

If you’re not traveling to Monaco this year, you can always plan another European getaway by private jet. Wherever you’re traveling, Schubach will get you there elegantly, quickly, and safely.
